1: Shoppers are served on a first PAY first served basis.

2: Orders will only be shipped after payments have been received.

3: If you wish to reserve an item, you will be required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit where it will be put on hold for 3 days.

4: AS Dressy Craze always ensure that the products are in good condition before shipment. Hence, goods sold are non refundable unless otherwise stated on the product page.

5: Shoppers should allow within 1 inch of discrepancies for the measurements stated as there're different ways of measurement.

6: Shoppers should accept slight colour difference of the apparels due to different monitor's resolutions.

7: AS Dressy Craze will not be responsible for any colour stains / colour runs during the washing process.

8: AS Dressy Craze will not be responsible for any loss of items during delivery process. Registered mail will be highly recommended so that tracking can be done.

9: Prices stated in AS Dressy Craze are netted and priced in Singapore Dollars, EXCLUSIVE of postage charges.

10: Postage Charges include postage, material and labour fees.

11: AS Dressy Craze will never accept returned products as this is a matter of business ethics.

12: All shoppers' information will be kept strictly private and confidential.
