We only accept online orders by email. Kindly email your ordering details to as.dressycraze@gmail.com . Wait for our confirmation mail and follow the procedures to make payment. Order will be processed and sent out (within 3 days) as soon as payment is made.
2: APART FROM THE PRICE STATED, ARE THERE ANY OTHER CHARGES?
For shoppers in Singapore. all the prices are exclusive of postage charges. Shoppers can choose the mode of delivery (Normal Mail Service, Registered Mail Service or Express Courier Service).
For overseas shoppers, all the prices are exclusive of shipment charges to the destination country. Please refer to Overseas Postage Charges for more detailed information.
3: HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT FOR MY ORDER?
For shoppers in Singapore, payment can be made by Internet Banking/ ATM fund transfer. Once payment received, your order will be processed.
For overseas shoppers, payment can be made by Western Union/ PayPal/ Telegrahpic transfer(TT) to our bank accounts. Our account details will be provided upon receiving your orders.
4: WILL YOU BE CARRYING THE SAME DESIGN IN FUTURE?
There's no guarantee. Most dresses are in very limited stock. Once purchased, it will be instantly removed from our inventory.
5: DO YOU HAVE AN EXCHANGE POLICY?
Exchange cases are dealt individually. AS Dressy Craze Team checks every single piece of apparel before sending out to our shoppers.
